Criteria
Fund Managers

• That have considerable experience in working with one of the large institutions
• Who had outstanding investment performance at their employed institution
• Who have established their own funds management company, focusing on performance and not Funds Under Management
• Who are specialists in their area
• Whose performance is in the three-year top quartile
• Who retain key people in the investment decision making processes
• Whose "Funds Under Management" does not exceed a set threshold
• Who are consistent and "true to label" with their investment strategy, whether it be Specialist Boutique or Value
